SilentCroc is specialized in organizing tactical medicine courses in Italy, through complete and high-level training methods. Each proposal is guaranteed by a mix of studies, trainings, and actual operational experiences.
The tactical medicine courses offered by SilentCroc are open to civilians, military, law enforcement, medical personnel, firefighters, and security personnel.
Tactical medicine is that emergency branch applied to scenarios where regular rescues are scarce or unable to intervene. Shortages of supplies, lack of conventional structures, unfavorable environmental conditions and the presence of a threat are just some of the risks facing the who is training in this field.

The proposed tactical medicine courses are divided into:
B-Con (Bleeding Control), a tactical medicine course open to all, whose goal is to train as many people as possible in life-saving techniques for controlling massive hemorrhages.
TCCC-MP (Tactical Combat Casualty Care – Medical Personnel), a tactical medicine course open to medical personnel with combat and non-combat role, such as doctors, paramedics, nurses, military rescuers.
The TCCC AC All Combatants tactical medicine course is open to all combatant personnel called upon to provide first aid on the battlefield
TECC LEO (Tactical Emergency Casualty Care for Law Enforcement Officer) is specifically designed for law enforcement officers and other non-EMS first responders. The course is based on the TCCC guidelines, adapting the lessons learned by the military about treatment of wounded soldier in combat and applying them in the civilian context of tactical medicine.

The NAEMT conducts TCCC courses under the patronage of the PHTLS program, world leader in pre-hospital rescue management education. These courses are extrapolated from the PHTLS military version manual, meet all requirements and guidelines required by the Committee of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (CoTCCC), are approved by the Association of American Surgeons, and adopted by NATO and the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).
NAEMT TCCC instructors are part of a global network of qualified personnel subject to continuous evaluation and upgrades.
