Tactical medicine is that emergency branch applied to scenarios where regular rescues are scarce or unable to intervene. Shortages of supplies, lack of conventional structures, unfavorable environmental conditions and the presence of a threat are just some of the risks facing the who is training in this field.

SilentCroc is NAEMT Authorized Training Center.
The NAEMT conducts TCCC courses under the patronage of the PHTLS program, world leader in pre-hospital rescue management education. These courses are extrapolated from the PHTLS military version manual, meet all requirements and guidelines required by the Committee of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (CoTCCC), are approved by the Association of American Surgeons, and adopted by NATO and the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).
NAEMT TCCC instructors are part of a global network of qualified personnel subject to continuous evaluation and upgrades.
